Saturday July 22

AM: Walking meditation in Paradise Meadow, Breakfast, Yoga Practice.

12:00am: Lunch

12:45pm Free time – Choose Your Own Adventure: Chairlift to Top of Mountain, R&R quiet time, Massage

4pm – Sunset Mountain Top Yoga Practice

6:15pm – Dinner

7:30pm – Aromatherapy, Wine & Chocolate

Finding Your Om Yoga Retreat

Busy with life and feeling out of touch with yourself?  In need of Self Care?

Love yoga, snowy mountains, delicious food and having fun?

Join Certified Yoga Therapists Jennifer Naples and Antoine Garceau for a weekend of yoga, play and self nurturing at the beautiful new VI Mountain Centre on Mount Washington!  Give yourself the opportunity to rediscover yourself, cultivate your home practice and create your own tools to maintain harmony in life.

This weekend is about self care, self discovery, exploring how we interact with the world around us and having fun! Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga, take yoga “off the mat” and reconnect with your emotions while having fun and meeting inspiring people.

You will also have the rare opportunity to partake in an Ancient Mayan Cacao (Chocolate) Ceremony! Intriged?? Only one way to find out!

Regardless of your yoga experience or ability, you will be guided through your body and inner chambers, finding connection with your heart and what it has been speaking to you.


Off the mat, there is lots of free time to play on Cross Country Skis or Snow Shoes as well as treat yourself to a Thai Massage or Private Yoga Therapy Session (additional investment – limited appointments).

5 – 6:30pm Yoga Class (please arrive 15 min early)

7pm Opening Circle and Activities


7am Personal Practice

7:30am Meditation/Pranayam

8 – 9am Light Breakfast

9 – 11am Therapeutic Yoga Practice

11:30 – 3pm Lunch – Free Time ~ Private Sessions 12:30 to 1:30 and 1:45 to 2:45

3 – 3:30pm Short & sweet practice

3:45 – 6:45pm Cacao Ceremony

7pm Dinner

8:30pm Circle



7am Personal Practice

7:30 – 8am Meditation/Pranayam

8 – 9am Breakfast

9 – 10am Tools for home (8 Limbs, yoga on and off the mat) 10 – 12:30pm Yoga Practice/Candle Ritual

12:30 – 2:45 Lunch – Free Time – moving with awareness ~ Private Sessions (1:30 to 2:30)

3 – 4pm Closing Ceremony

4:30pm Depart



Solidarity Snacks is happy to be preparing meals for you on this retreat.

Their foods are as homemade as possible, right down to making their own hot sauces and preserves.

Start your mornings with fresh fruits, homemade granola and warm baking. Pack some of their healthy snacks for outdoor adventures, and hot soups and chai tea will be waiting when you return. Dinners are time for you to enjoy delicious foods and great company.

An internationally inspired menu full of fresh ingredients and passionately prepared to keep you energized throughout the weekend.

This retreat will be hosted at the beautiful new Vancouver Island Mountain Centre on Mount Washington, featuring a well equipped fitness centre. Rooms are simple, clean dorm style, 2-3 per room.

Thai Massage & Private Yoga Therapy Sessions

60 minute session ~ $112 (incl HST) Limited appointments available, reserve yours today!


Deposit of $100 Required by March 1/13 to hold your space.


Retreat limited to 20 people to maintain intimacy.


Please Bring:

Yoga Mat, blanket, any props you may have, a journal and a 1 to 5 inch bees wax candle (tea lights will not work), xc skis, snow shoes if you have them (rentals available on the mountain)
