What to Expect

Keeping it intimate, there are only 10 boards on the water per class.

These classes will begin with seated and kneeling poses, once you’ve got your water yoga legs, we move into standing postures. These classes are suitable for all levels of yoga and SUP experience.

After class, feel free to hang on the beach and contribute to a little snack-luck. Perfect way to transition back into your day.

No experience with paddling or yoga, but it sounds cool and you want to try?? Not an issue. I took 8 people out with zero SUP experience and varying levels of yoga experience and everyone felt safe and loved it!



Includes: SUP (standup paddle board), pfd, paddle, intro on how to paddle and yoga class. Register Now!

What to wear/bring:

- shorts, tank top/t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, swim suit, sandals, hat (sun glasses will sink)

- towel, change of clothes for after

- water, sunscreen

- something to share at snack luck (optional)
